SUBSTANCE ABUSE EVALUATION & TREATMENT

The Life Skills Institute has been created to help clients deal with the difficulties of substance abuse. The experience and education of the staff is extensive.
We have a proven track record of producing life altering changes in the lives of our clients, as demonstrated by our many testimonials.
If you have been court ordered to seek a substance abuse assessment as part of your case, we provide that for you. We provide feedback for your caseworker or parole/probation officer, and keep you informed of your status. Assessments are by appointment only.

MANATEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE -- TRAFFIC SAFETY INSTITUTE

We are an approved treatment provider for MCC TSI. We offer individual and group therapy. We offer a variety of times throughout the week at our Sarasota office, for your convenience. We know your schedule can change, and we are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. Please let MCC TSI know that you have selected us as your provider, so they can mail us your information. Also, let us know that you are coming from DUI school when you call for your appointment. SAFE CHILDREN COALITION

We are an approved treatment provider for the Safe Children Coalition.

EAP -- EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We are an approved treatment provider for many Employee Assistance Programs.

Communication Skills: Learning how to Listen

Offered together as a fast paced, information-packed three hour seminar, this is an interactive presentation. Groups of five to ten are ideal, for this training.

SEMINARS

We offer 3 hour presentations at various locations throughout Manatee & Sarasota counties on a periodic basis. Check our calendar for times and locations.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING

We come into your facility and train groups of twenty or more through a straightforward presentation. Workbooks are provided for note taking, and a question and answer period follows.
